However, by submitting User Content on or through the Platform, Users grant Seatsza Entertainment Llc a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, view, display, reproduce, and modify the User Content for the sole purpose of operating and improving the Platform.
